Multi Spindle Machine
Our screw machine shop is equipped with 20 multi-spindle automatic screw machines, capable of machining diameters from 6mm to 45mm, in Brass, Aluminum, Steel and Carbon Steel. These machines are suitable for medium to high batch runs, and are equipped with multiple tools that perform different cutting operations sequentially.
CNC Machine
We have 15+ turning centers and 4+ Vertical Milling Centers, with a wide range of attachments and tooling. Suitable from low to medium batch runs. We can turn parts from a diameter of 4mm to 180mm. These machines are suitable for critical operations and a range of materials.
Swiss Type Machines
We have 20 automatic sliding head machines and 2 CNC sliding head machines, these machines are suitable for small diameter turning from 3 to 25mm, in brass, steel and aluminium.
Vertical Milling Machine
For larger batch runs, we specialise in developing machines specific to your application. These machines are suitable for asymmetrical parts: shapes, forged or casted parts, in Brass, Aluminium, Steel and Carbon Steel.
